Who we are

We’re Nikki Daniels and Chris de Vlaminck, a Belgian couple living and working in Crete. We’ve been in your shoes: buying, building, and renovating here ourselves. That experience shapes how we advise clients— practical, detail‑oriented, and focused on protecting your decision, not “closing a deal.”

Nikki leads the client journey: property search, shortlisting, viewings, pricing reality checks, and negotiations. Chris supports projects where build quality, design, or renovation potential matter, adding an extra layer of scrutiny that many buyers never get.

What makes our approach different is the combination of local market expertise and an international perspective. We understand both the Greek real estate system and the mindset of foreign buyers, allowing us to explain complex matters clearly and guide clients with realistic, practical advice.

We focus on West Crete and the Chania area. Along the way, we coordinate with reliable local professionals —lawyers, engineers, architects, builders—so every step is aligned and documented.
