• Real Estate Consultancy – at Spiti Moe, we can support you every step of the way when purchasing your dream home. We can: because you decide yourself where you want to use our help. We are highly flexible! Whether you would like us to take up everything, or you want to do most of it yourself: that is all up to you.
• TeleProperty Service – Before you travel all the way to the property of your choice, we perform a check. Some properties have been on offer for quite some time, and the photos may not be accurate representations any more. If you want to be sure that everything is still as it is shown, hire us! We can also check properties at other real estate agencies for you.
• Architectural Service / Designing your dream home – this is what gets our creative juices flowing. We will start out with an exploratory conversation and a mood board. We will discuss your wishes: what is important to you? What criteria does your dream home on Crete need to meet? Of course, we will take the local laws and traditions into account, but our approach is primarily modern and forward-thinking – a great advantage compared to traditional Greek brokers!
• Interior Design Service – we are originally interior designers, and we will gladly offer you free advice in this regard as a ‘finishing touch’ when you buy a newly built property through us. Of course, you can also ask our advice in case of existing properties, for an additional fee.
• Property Management & After Sales – you have found your dream home on Crete. We will gladly help you rent it out in order to generate some extra income. We would like to discuss with you whether your house is suitable to take up into our rental offers, and what your wishes are regarding this.
